Art Deco style lamps! I found these wonderful iridescent sage green, celadon and ivory Art Deco bases, and had to design some shades to go with them. So I found some vintage lamp shades and recovered them with the fabric from an antique hand embroidered piano shawl. I dyed the shawl to match the color of the bases. Then I got a little "arty" and dyed the silk fringe in watercolor wash of variegated colors of sage greens, celadon, and mauves. These remind me of something that you would see in the dressing room of a woman in Paris back in the 1930's. These are 25 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the shade. Please contact me if you are interested in having complete measurements.
